After the 101, we're going to find the best time/days for you! This is your Pod. Belonging to a pod means you're part of a small group (3 to 7 members) that supports and pushes you, making sure you’re never going at it alone.

When you've chosen your pod, you're ready to jump in! You'll have a dedicated trainer, built-in accountability, and intentional programs created to make you stronger. The rest is history ;)
Pod Fitness is about “Living Fit,” which means lifestyle change. No matter how hard, that change is always worth it.

Meet the Team
Hey there! We're Brandon and Olivia Blackman, the husband-and-wife duo behind Pod Fitness. We started the gym in our garage, which was barely big enough to fit a few clients. But out of those humble beginnings, the PodFit Model was born. Our focus is all about intentional, personalized small group training.
No matter your fitness level, you'll find yourself getting stronger and more capable of achieving things outside the gym, too. Sure, the workouts are great, but it's not just about that. Our tiny garage only fit three people at a time, so you couldn't just blend into the background. Your coach is super hands-on, and your workout buddies quickly become friends.
Pod Fitness isn't just about fitness; it's about building friendships and growing together. We'd love for you to join us and see for yourself!

Co-Founder, CEO, and Head TrainerMeet Olivia, the heart of Pod Fitness. Consistent training and exercise began back in high school, but it wasn’t until she changed careers to become a trainer that she really decided to dedicate her life to fitness. After receiving her Personal Training certification in May 2021, Olivia began training clients out of their garage. She fell in love with helping people become stronger and feel more confident in their own skin, while reaping the undeniable results of putting in the work for the long game.

Co-Founder, COO, And everything in betweenIf Olivia is the heart of Pod Fitness, Brandon is the entire rest of the body. With a masters in business and almost ten years in the field - product leadership - he has the know-how in building and running a business. He is what keeps Pod Fitness growing and adapting, always looking for the best ways to serve our clients. He also brings a lot of fun to the gym, in case you couldn’t tell ;)
