What makes The Pod Fit Model Different?
Workout same place, time and people week to week.
Similar to one-on-one personal training, you choose a day and time that works best for your schedule. The difference is, you’ll be working out with the same group of 5-ish people each time you come in. This provides accountability, built-in friendships, deeper relationship with your trainer, and the programming is more intentional.
No random programming or guess-work.
In a big box gym, it can be easy to do one-off classes, jump straight to the treadmill or your “safety zones,” or stand there staring wondering what everything does. Group classes make it easy to get lost in the crowd. It’s up to you to track your numbers and progress, and you often don’t get attention from the trainer unless you seek it out. The Pod Fit Model offers intentional programming with trackable goals, making sure your time is well-spent. The trainer helps in tracking progress and weight selection, assuring intentionality in the gym.

Pod Fitness is determined to be set apart from the rest of the fitness industry. We know that body image can be a sensitive subject, and we never want to be a part of the problem. While physical change is a fun by-product of strength training, we put a stronger emphasis on how your body is growing stronger, making you more capable to engage in all the things you love about life.
Workout anywhere with our app.
We know that life happens, and you won’t be able to make every single workout. We post all of our workouts on our app, powered by Train Heroic, so that you have access if you’re on the road, at home, sick and want to make up for anything, or just need to attend a different time. To help build in flexibility, we offer to our clients to join us in any open pod spot, or, come workout on your own during studio hours. As long as there’s space, you’ve got a spot!
