What is The PodFit Model™?
The PodFit Model™ is our unique approach to fitness that combines the benefits of personal training with the community of group fitness classes. In a typical Pod Fitness session, you’ll train with a small group of 3-7 people, allowing you to enjoy personal training while also getting the benefits of having community with others.
Community Support
One of the best parts about Brookside & Waldo is our strong sense of community, and we bring that same spirit into our Pod Fitness sessions. Working out with your pod means you train with the same group, same days each week, at the same time, building community and motivation. You’ll make new friends and have a built-in support system cheering you on!
Affordability
We get it—personal training can be pricey. But with the PodFit Model™, you get all the benefits without breaking the bank. Personal training can run you anywhere from $50 to $90/session, but at Pod Fitness you can enjoy personalized training at a fraction of the price—just $17/session! That’s cheaper than some group fitness classes out there. It’s a win-win!
Accountability
We all have those days when working out is the last thing we want to do. But with the PodFit Model™, you’ve got friends and a trainer who will keep you accountable. It’s harder to skip a session when you know your group is counting on you!
Personalized Attention
Just because it’s a group setting doesn’t mean you won’t get the attention you deserve. I guarantee you will never, ever be in a pod with more than 7 clients. In fact, on average our pod sizes are right around 5 people. This means your trainer will give you the individualized feedback and training adjustments you need to reach your goals.
